Worry Free Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

You are allowed to change your appointment once anytime before your appointment. You will get a full refund if you cancel your appointment 14 days in advance, and a 50% refund if you cancel 7-14 days in advance (excluding service fees). Although, no refund is allowed if you cancel within 7 days of your appointment you will be allowed to reschedule once for FREE.
